End of Life Doula

(A Doula is a trained companion who gives non-medical, emotional, physical and spiritual support.)

Empowering you to spend quality time with those that matter the most.

An awareness of death can enrich our lives and give us a deeper appreciation of life.

Walking alongside another on their journey to their end of life, providing unconditional support, compassion and gentle guidance

Professional Supervision

This is a collaborative relationship of mutual trust, respect, and integrity between myself and those individuals that are caring for others. It allows for a safe space and time to reflect on your practice and personal and professional identity. Benefits include a positive impact on emotional and physical well-being, increased feelings of support, reduced stress, and improved efficiency, amongst many others.

Hi, I’m Gaylene,
an End of Life Doula and Professional Supervisor.

I am a qualified and experienced supervisor, life coach, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) practitioner, and registered nurse.  I bring experience working in mental health, dementia, spiritual reminiscence, and palliative care.  I am skilled in developing rapport and a trusting relationship and am open, authentic, and non-judgmental

In Supervision, I use a collaborative approach with sensitive questioning, constructive criticism, and gentle challenging to engage in deeper reflection.

I am genuinely interested in helping people and it gives me great joy to see the benefits supervision or end-of-life Doula work, brings to people’s lives.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
