Welcome

My name is Gaylene

My life so far has been an exciting journey of many ups and downs. I have experienced considerable loss and beautiful gains and have navigated many challenging, life-changing events. I have experienced significant personal and professional growth and continue to learn and grow as my journey progresses.

I have learned the importance of accepting what is, living in the present moment, gratitude, believing in myself, and having faith in the journey. I am proud of the person I am today and feel passionate about sharing this knowledge with others.

I want to support and guide you along your journey and assist you in living a more reflective, purposeful, and meaningful life.

Life is precious,

Life is available only in the present moment,

Life is a gift. Are you making the most out of it?
